• Initiate legal action in any relevant jurisdiction, including international claims
5. Enforcement in Romania
If the infringement occurs in Romania, legal action may be pursued at the competent Romanian Commercial Court (Tribunalul Comercial).
The owner does not need to appear in person; all legal actions may be handled by a Romanian attorney on behalf of the owner.
The Commercial Court in Romania is the preferred and legally binding forum to ensure full enforcement.
The user accepts that all responsibility for unauthorized use lies entirely with them.
